About Me
My name is Kayla Benham. I am enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health master's program at Grand Canyon University.
This e-portfolio was created to showcase the work I have completed throughout my program and to reflect my growth both academically and personally. Each assignment included here represents something I have learned along the way as I continue working toward a career in counseling.
I chose this field because I have always been interested in understanding people, relationships, and the different experiences that shape who we are. My coursework has helped me develop stronger communication skills, greater self-awareness, and a deeper appreciation for the complexity of mental health and human behavior.
Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, baking, and reading. I find these activities relaxing and grounding, especially during busy semesters.
